Each trimester will be an experience in itself – you will find yourself changing physically and mentally – the fetus inside of you will transform from a sesame seed to a jackfruit. You need to prepare your body, mind, and surroundings to best suit you and the baby to come.  

Right from conception to delivery, we will give you information about safety measures to incorporate, bodily and hormonal changes, weight gain, contractions, nutrition, and optimal weight to maintain among many other considerations. To help with your journey we are here to increase your awareness so you can take informed decisions.

A practice that has been followed over generation is Swaddling. This involves wrapping your baby in a blanket to keep them secure. The infant’s arms and legs are ticked in tightly and the blanket envelopes them neck down. When you swaddle your baby, you are essentially giving the position of the womb to your infant.
